我公司生产的单绳缠绕式提升机塑料衬板（简称塑衬），是目前替代木质滚筒衬板的良选，该产品经过0.8-5.0m各类型的单绳矿井提升机十余年的使用和检测证明，塑衬与木衬相比有如下特点：

1、机械强度高、使用寿命长

抗压强度比木衬高7-10倍，不会出现压碎、绳槽搓平现象，而且使用寿命高于木衬5倍以上。

2、适应范围广

抗干裂耐潮湿性能高，不会出现木衬的干裂、腐烂等现象，特别适合矿井淋水大、腐蚀性强等恶劣环境及井下条件使用。

3、比重轻、不吸水

比重为0.98g/cm，比吸水后的木衬还轻，因此更换塑衬后不会增加设备转动惯量和无功功率。

4、模压成型、绳槽表面光滑

安装方便，钢丝绳排列整齐，不会出现“咬绳、跳绳”等现象，大大延长钢丝绳的使用寿命。
